Surgery #4
5:20am - Wake-up
5:30am - Actually get-up; head to bathroom
5:35am - Brush teeth, use bathroom, etc.
5:40am - Shower #2 (#1 taken before bed per pre-op instructions.)
5:55am - Dry off; brush out hair
6:00am - Dress: Pajamas, Robe, Slip-on shoes
6:10am - Straighten room; make bed & prepare bedding
6:20am - Review pre-op instructions & make sure everything is ready (Final check)
6:30am - Leave for hospital
6:50am - Arrive at office, meet nurse/escort to room; say goodbye to mom
6:55am - Change into butt-revealing robe, fancy circulation socks & paper shower cap
7:05am - Move to another room; wait for doctor
7:10am - When doctor arrives, disrobe. Attack with purple marking pen of surgical area occurs.
7:20am - Redress; move to operating room
7:25am - Enter COLD operating room, slip into WARM bed; Lose clothes again
7:30am - Meet anaesthesiologist; get prep'ed
7:35am - Receive IV, feel "the pinch", fade into oblivion...
